Euro Grain Exchange 2025 continues to deliver on its mission to offer its attendees unique opportunities to gain new experiences and learn more about the complexities of the agricultural products our sector produces, trades and processes. As such, we are delighted to announce an exclusive factory visit organized as part of the Euro Grain Exchange 2025 Parallel Program on 9th of April 2025. Join us for an insightful tour of the crushing and biodiesel plant of Expur/Avril, one of the largest oil processing companies in Romania, and gain a firsthand perspective on their sustainable and innovative approaches to agricultural processing.

Details of the Visit:

  • Date & Time: Full-day activity, 9 AM - 4 PM
  • Departure/End Point: Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest
  • Location: Bucharest - Slobozia (approximately a 90-minute drive each way)
  • Includes:
    • Round-trip transportation
    • 2-hour guided plant visit
    • Refreshments
  • Price per person: €150

    • Special helmets, safety shoes, and jackets will be provided by the factory.
