Access to the app: what you need to know

The mobile app is available only to registered participants with confirmed attendance.
Each confirmed attendee has received an individual email with their login credentials. To access the app, simply use the email address provided during registration together with the password sent to you. If you have not received your password, you can request a new one directly through the app — just make sure you are using the exact email address submitted during registration.

Access to the platform is strictly linked to individual email addresses:
 If multiple participants were registered using the same email, only one profile has been created in the app.
 To ensure separate access for each attendee, please send us their individual email addresses and we will activate their profiles accordingly. Contact us.
